Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and contract management of prevention and recovery activities under the SAMHSA Grants and behavioral health interventions within the treatment, recovery, and prevention settings
  • Leading the development of evidence-based prevention interventions for both substance and stimulant use disorders including training, distribution, and expansion programs, and health intervention awareness campaigns for most individuals including pregnant and post-partum
  • Coordinating strategic initiatives with service providers, communities, local and state law enforcement, Director’s Office staff, stakeholders, and technical assistance providers in order to implement programs to fidelity, evaluate the impact of programs, and support program sustainability
