Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in a service desk environment is required.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting HDI/ITIL audits is required.
- At least 2 years of teaching or training experience is required.
- ITIL certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and improve software development processes to ensure traceability from network and service desk requirements.
- Manage the support and delivery of IT services between first- and second-level service desk support, software maintenance, and network management.
- Monitor the quality of organizational procedures, internal parameters, and parameters relating to users' perceptions.
- Lead, participate in, and execute quality control assurance activities using ITIL best practices from operational and change management perspectives.
- Assess whether the project's strategic or operational plan is successful and establish measurable indicators of strategy success.
- Track project changes through careful testing and enforce adherence to a defined change management process.
- Use analytical and data management tools to create, manage, analyze, and troubleshoot data supporting the IT services project.
