- A minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Oracle organic architecture consultant.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience developing systems in Agile mode with cloud infrastructures or solutions, including Azure DevOps and Git.
- Completion of two application-development mandates using Oracle tools, including Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, or Oracle Database.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is mandatory.
- A university first-cycle degree in computer science or a related discipline, or recognized equivalency under Quebec government standards.
- Decompose the service into components in accordance with software and technology architectures.
- Ensure that the decomposition complies with the Ministry's organic architecture.
- Ensure that implemented components comply with the proposed architectures.
- Participate in selecting technologies or software that meet the needs of digital services.
- Demonstrate the technical feasibility of architectural elements through proofs of concept or exploratory prototyping when needed.
- Support developers in interpreting organic architecture rules and reusing components.
- Ensure the quality of the technical implementation of digital services.
- Support development teams in complying with the methodological, normative, and technological framework.
- Ensure the development of secure applications.
- Produce the organic architecture dossier, organic architecture rules, and other required deliverables.
