- Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and facility staff.
- Participate in care coordination and case reviews.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings is preferred.
- Ability to sanitize and maintain own equipment is preferred.
