About the job
- A technical qualification at BEP, vocational baccalaureate, or BTS level, preferably in industrial maintenance, construction-equipment maintenance, agricultural-equipment maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Initial experience in a similar position.
- Recognized professional expertise in technical maintenance and knowledge of construction and public-works equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and first-level corrective maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer instructions and regional technical-management guidance, with emphasis on the proper operation of safety devices.
- Diagnose breakdowns and carry out minor on-site repairs, including paint touch-ups and adhesive replacement.
- Ensure the visual appearance and aesthetic compliance of equipment, including cleanliness and co-branding requirements when applicable.
- Inform equipment-owning agencies about completed maintenance and troubleshooting through intervention reports using the PRAXEDO tool systematically.
- Manage equipment stock effectively to limit shortages and provide optimal service to partner stores.
- Answer partner-staff questions and provide technical training through demonstrations of operational procedures, including equipment operation, check-in and check-out, and inspection checkpoints.
- Assist partner sales staff in understanding, mastering, using, and recommending the equipment.
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned Aquitaine-region territory and provide occasional support missions in other regions.
