Requirements
  • Proven expertise in building and scaling a consumer business from 0 to 1
  • Experience in physical retail and working with leading consumer retailers
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to develop new product lines and design effective go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in managing P&L and making top and bottom line decisions
  • Ability to execute longitudinal and A/B/C experiments to scale the business
  • Experience in integrating new product lines into existing data and technology infrastructure

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO to bring new products to life
  • Develop and execute the strategy and physical and digital roadmaps
  • Set objectives and success metrics and strive to exceed them
  • Build and run forecasts and work closely with finance
  • Work alongside R&D and Operations to take new products from ideation to commercialization
  • Integrate new product lines into existing data and technology infrastructure
  • Scale the business by designing experiments, determining channel strategy, optimizing operations, and managing financial performance
  • Champion a strategic experimentation culture
  • Build a best-in-class function that embodies TFD cultures and operates with vitality
