Momentive Software introduces Pay-As-You-Go pricing for GiveSmart, removing the upfront cost barrier for nonprofits.

Momentive Software introduces Pay-As-You-Go pricing for GiveSmart, removing the upfront cost barrier for nonprofits. By GlobeNewswire September 2, 2026 GiveSmart now offers full platform access with no annual subscription fee - organizations pay only when they raise ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Momentive Software, the leading technology partner accelerating innovation and powering the future for mission-driven organizations, today announced the launch of Pay-As-You-Go pricing for GiveSmart, its fundraising platform for nonprofits, schools, and foundations. The new option allows organizations to access the full GiveSmart Events & Fundraise platform with no annual upfront subscription fee, paying instead a clearly disclosed transaction fee when payments are processed. The launch is a direct response to market demand and feedback from prospective clients, for whom upfront software costs have stood in the way of adopting professional fundraising tools. Pay-As-You-Go is designed specifically for smaller and newer nonprofits, single-event organizations, and price-sensitive organizations that cannot commit to an annual fee, offering zero-barrier entry to the platform with a transaction fee that is disclosed before signup, documented in the client agreement, and applied transparently at checkout. "We have heard consistently from nonprofits that they want the tools, support, and results GiveSmart delivers, but the annual subscription fee stands in the way when budgets are tight or a fundraising program is just getting started," said Ravi Venkatesan, CEO of Momentive Software. "Pay-As-You-Go reflects our commitment to serving those organizations on their own terms. We wanted to build something where clients can get started with complete confidence - full platform access from day one, a known rate before they sign, and no surprises at checkout. Being transparent about how our pricing works is fundamental to being a genuine partner to mission-driven organizations, and this model is a direct reflection of that." Pay-As-You-Go is the second option under GiveSmart's Flex Pricing offering, joining the existing Annual Fee Subscription model. Both options provide identical access to the GiveSmart Events & Fundraise platform - mobile bidding and silent auctions, online ticketing and guest management, peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, donation forms, recurring giving, and post-event reporting - as well as a dedicated Client Success Manager, chat, phone, and email support, access to the GiveSmart Help Center, and professional implementation services. GiveSmart Pay-As-You-Go is now available. Additional information, including plan details, can be accessed at https://www.givesmart.com/plans/. Article content Gold Win: 2026 State of the Mission-Driven Workforce Report Article content The 2026 State of the Mission-Driven Workforce Report is original research conducted by Wakefield Research and commissioned by Momentive Software to address a gap in publicly available sector data. While most nonprofit and association research focuses on fundraising and program outcomes, little has examined the workforce responsible for delivering that impact. The report surveyed nonprofit and association professionals across the United States on workforce satisfaction, retention risk, career development, and technology challenges, producing a data-driven resource for organizational leaders. Findings were distributed through a companion webinar series and a broader media and communications campaign. Article content Judges recognized the report's research quality, practical value, and sector relevance: Article content "The report stands out for its research foundation and relevance to nonprofit leaders. The combination of original data, sector insights, and practical recommendations makes this a highly valuable industry resource." Article content "The research uncovered several industry-defining insights. By combining rigorous survey data, sector benchmarking, and actionable recommendations, the report provides non-profit and association leaders with one of the most comprehensive workforce analyses available. These insights are vital for organizations to improve retention, capacity, and focus on their mission." Article content "Genuinely valuable original research filling a real gap in nonprofit workforce data. The career-path-to-retention finding is a compelling, well-supported insight backed by solid methodology." Article content "Historically, purpose-driven organizations have lacked access to the best-in-class technology and software solutions that other industries take for granted and closing that gap is exactly what Momentive was created to do. Through the products we build and the research we commission, our mission is to give nonprofits and associations what they need to aim higher and achieve their goals. The 2026 State of the Mission-Driven Workforce Report is part of that commitment, giving organizational leaders the data they need to make more informed decisions about their most important asset: their people," said Ravi Venkatesan, CEO of Momentive Software. Article content Silver Win: Bring on Better(TM)- A Complete Brand Transformation for Momentive Software Article content Bring on Better(TM) launched in September 2025, completing Momentive Software's transition from its former Community Brands identity to a unified brand built around a clear purpose. The campaign was developed following extensive client and market research that identified a defining tension in the sector: nonprofits and associations under mounting pressure to deliver more with shrinking resources and fragmented technology. That insight shaped the brand's core positioning and its three-part value framework - Connect More, Manage More, and Expect More - which now anchors how Momentive communicates across sales, marketing, and client success. The campaign launched with enterprise-wide activation timed to key industry conference seasons, and its market impact was measurable: LinkedIn impressions grew 739% between the first and second halves of 2025. Article content Judges praised the depth, clarity, and strength of the rebrand: Article content "Love the 'Bring on Better' tagline - it is clear, scalable, and commercially strong. The client recognition program born directly from the brand's rally cry is a fantastic way of creating brand momentum in the markets they serve." Article content "Clearly articulates the strategic pivot from a legacy holding-company name to an inspiring, modern brand identity. It builds a seamless connection between market positioning, internal alignment, and impressive growth metrics following the campaign launch." Article content "Solid and deep brand revamp and rollout across sales, reusable templates, booths, training, and award shows - true enterprise activation." Article content "When we built the Bring on Better brand, we wanted it to describe something real: a chain reaction that starts with better tools and ends with better outcomes for our clients and their missions," said Tawny Kotchko, SVP of Corporate Marketing at Momentive Software. "When we help an organization connect its data, simplify its operations, and grow its reach, they can deliver more for the people depending on it. The brand we built is rooted in that idea, and having it recognized on an international stage is something the whole team should be proud of." Momentive Software launches AI-powered community platform for associations and nonprofits

Momentive Software has launched Momentive Community, an AI-powered platform designed for associations and nonprofits to keep members engaged between events. The platform launches in August 2026. The software features threaded discussions, member directories, and an AI Community Assistant that handles moderation tasks, allowing staff to focus on member engagement rather than administrative work. Members can organise into groups by chapter, career stage, or interest, and the platform includes two-way sync with association management systems. The launch addresses what Momentive identifies as an engagement gap, citing the 10th Annual Association Trends Research Report, which found peer collaboration is now the top driver of member renewal. The platform will be previewed at the ASAE Annual Conference in Indianapolis from 15-18 August. Momentive Software serves over 37,000 mission-driven organisations across 30-plus countries.

Momentive Software Brings High-Stakes Exam Delivery Natively into Path LMS with Launch of Advanced Assessments

Momentive Software brings high-stakes exam delivery natively into Path LMS with launch of Advanced Assessments. by GlobeNewswire Jul 14, 2026 9:18 pm New capability brings enterprise-grade exam delivery, proctoring, and assessment analytics to Path LMS, with no separate testing tool required ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., July 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Momentive Software, the leading technology partner accelerating innovation and powering the future for mission-driven organizations, today announced the launch of Advanced Assessments within Path LMS, bringing enterprise-grade exam delivery to the platform. For organizations that rely on Path LMS to power learning programs, the announcement means they can now administer rigorous assessments without engaging a separate testing tool. Standard LMS quiz tools are built for knowledge checks, not demanding exams. Organizations running compliance training, professional development, or certification-adjacent programs have long hit a ceiling: basic quizzing can confirm that a learner completed a course, but it cannot support the security controls, question bank depth, or exam-grade analytics that a serious assessment program requires. Until now, that has typically meant a separate tool, a separate learner login, and a manual effort to reconcile completion data across systems. "Our clients should not have to leave Path LMS to deliver a meaningful assessment," said Meghan Snare, SVP of Product Management of Momentive Software. "Advanced Assessments closes the gap between course delivery and rigorous exam administration, giving organizations a more capable platform without adding complexity to their tech stack." Advanced Assessments provides Path LMS clients with access to 11 question types, configurable study and test modes, randomized question banks that generate a unique experience for every learner, and passcode-based proctoring, all administered from within Path LMS. Administrators can link tests to courses in minutes via a simple dropdown, with no complex configuration or third-party accounts required. For organizations with existing question libraries, a bulk import tool eliminates the manual effort of starting from scratch. The launch also delivers reporting built for assessment programs rather than repurposed from general LMS analytics. Advanced Assessments includes purpose-built report types spanning learner score summaries, answer-level detail, question performance analysis, and test comparisons, giving administrators visibility into how learners are performing and where content may need to be strengthened. Advanced Assessments is now available with Path Growth, Path Pro, and Path Enterprise plans. Learn more about Path LMS.
