About the company

BrightPath provides home- and community-based support for vulnerable adults and minors, helping clients live independently in the community. It delivers care through in-home visits, care coordination, and 24-hour emergency on-call assistance, using data-driven, person-centered planning. Revenue comes from service fees often supported by Medicaid programs like Minnesota’s Brain Injury Waiver, enabling individuals with brain injuries to live in community settings. Its goal is to empower people facing adversity to improve independence and quality of life through consistent, connected, and responsive services.
