Requirements
  • At least four years of relevant experience in a project supervisor position covering audio visual, security, access control, infrastructure cabling, and service contracts or ticketing.
  • Verifiable experience managing a project lead and team, with reporting to the Project Manager or customer.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills to guide project teams to completion.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, customers, and the leadership team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or service tickets simultaneously, including work for different customers.
  • Basic hand tools required to perform projects.
  • Ability to review drawings, blueprints, and other customer-related documents.
  • Ability to travel as needed for assigned customer accounts.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Problem-solving ability with mathematical and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle the physical workload associated with daily responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and out of town.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write correspondence, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to perform arithmetic with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in situations with limited standardization.
  • Valid driver's license required; the employee's motor vehicle record is subject to the company's Fleet Safety Program.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee teams on project work and field service positions to complete daily tasks and Premise One projects successfully.
  • Oversee execution of service calls according to established standards.
  • Lead multiple jobs and teams.
  • Lead direct reports in all aspects of project installation and client service calls.
  • Provide customer service while maintaining service standards.
  • Implement project plans while maintaining quality assurance and schedules.
  • Collect data, as-built documentation, pictures, and other deliverables needed for project closeout.
  • Lead, direct, and track subcontractor progress.
  • Apply knowledge of working for a general contractor, SOV billing requirements, and accelerated project schedules.
  • Review and validate service ticket notes and approve client billings.
  • Record work, including notes, pictures, and communications, daily in online tickets and timecards.
  • Suggest improvements to field service processes.
  • Field, respond to, and dispatch service technicians according to client service-level agreements.
  • Perform full-stack troubleshooting, service, and repair of low-voltage systems in commercial or enterprise environments.
  • Manage team timesheets and schedules as needed.
  • Conduct site surveys using blueprints, floor plans, and visual site inspections.
  • Apply commissioning and tuning philosophies to integrated security, audio, visual, access control, and infrastructure cabling systems.
  • Provide daily reports on project and ticketing progress.
  • Initiate daily team safety meetings and document minutes.
