  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 6-8+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation and enterprise application development
  • Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, serving as a scrum master or product owner, and providing program/delivery leadership
  • Experience and subject matter expertise related to Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.) and planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services
  • Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Agile improvement efforts
  • Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of our business
  • Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services) and a variety of business functional areas (Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and advise client engagements centered on assessing, planning, and leading Agile transformations and delivering their most critical initiatives using an Agile approach
  • Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings
  • Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates
