Influencer Manager
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- The ability to manage budgets and demonstrate return on investment for influencer marketing initiatives.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators.
- A strong understanding of current social media trends and the influencer landscape.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from conceptualisation to execution and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with influencers to create compelling content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets and optimise influencer marketing spend.
- Foster positive relationships with influencers and maintain a database of contacts.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and the social media landscape is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
