Capstone is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join the Investor Relations Team. This is a unique opportunity for a hardworking team player seeking a role that will provide opportunities to develop technical and analytical skills along with interpersonal skills. The role offers great exposure to the many and varied aspects of a hedge fund, and has the potential to make a large impact on key analyses provided to valued clients in addition to exposure to processes that span various business functions including Technology, Risk, Investment Teams, Treasury, and Operations. The role offers the opportunity to interact closely within a fast-paced and innovative Investor Relations team and requires someone who thinks critically about data and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide general support to members of the Investor Relations & Client Solutions team and assist the team with delivering first class service to investors and prospects
• Work closely with team members and develop relationships across Risk, Treasury, Compliance and other departments to complete standardized and ad hoc reporting through Excel, VBA and Tableau
• Maintain and update Capstone’s client relationship management system (Backstop) with all connectivity and email correspondences
• Maintain firm wide marketing materials and presentation management software
• Assist with the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaire requests from investors
• Receive exposure to the Solutions trading team and assist with the creation of custom analysis on behalf of current investors and prospects
• Develop strong product, strategy and industry knowledge

DESIRABLE CANDIDATES:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, SQL and Tableau preferred
• Motivated and proactive.  Able to work independently within a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands

BASE SALARY RANGE

$75,000 - $90,000 USD
