Requirements
  • An active Texas Master Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) is required.
  • The candidate must be eligible to supervise plumbing work in accordance with Texas law.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with temporary, modular, or prefabricated structures is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Texas State Plumbing Code is required.
  • Experience supporting high-occupancy residential or workforce accommodation facilities is required.
  • Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and take ownership of site plumbing systems.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • The candidate must be physically capable of performing hands-on plumbing work.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for the facility and ensure compliance with the Texas State Plumbing Code and applicable municipal requirements.
  • Install, inspect, repair, service, and maintain domestic water distribution, drainage, waste, and vent systems, hot water systems and heaters, fixtures, valves, pumps, and backflow prevention systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and system failures.
  • Ensure plumbing systems serving temporary and modular structures operate safely and reliably.
  • Supervise and verify plumbing work performed by apprentices, journeymen, or contractors as permitted by Texas law.
  • Support general facilities maintenance activities related to plumbing infrastructure.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify deficiencies or risks.
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies and service calls.
  • Coordinate with other trades, maintenance staff, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain documentation of inspections, repairs, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure all plumbing work is performed in accordance with site safety programs.
  • Enforce lock-out/tag-out and confined-space procedures where applicable.
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel.

Dexterra Group revenue climbs 8% to $269M as EBITDA margin hits 12%

Dexterra Group reported strong Q2 2026 results, with revenue rising 8% year-over-year to $269 million and adjusted EBITDA increasing 9% to $33 million. The company achieved a 12% adjusted EBITDA margin and generated $22 million in free cash flow during the quarter. Support services revenue grew 10% to $226 million, whilst asset-based services revenue reached $43 million. The asset-based services segment saw its adjusted EBITDA margin improve to 40% from 38% in the prior year period, driven by higher-margin workforce accommodation rental revenue. Net debt decreased to $206 million from $225 million at the end of March 2026, representing 1.5 times adjusted EBITDA. The company's trailing 12-month return on equity reached 15.4%, meeting its 15% target. Dexterra declared a dividend of $0.10 per share, payable in October 2026.
