Recruiting Operations Lead
About the job
- At least 4 years of recruiting operations experience at a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on experience configuring and improving a modern applicant tracking system; direct Ashby experience is required.
- Deep experience with talent tools and reporting, and the ability to build strategy from ambiguity.
- Experience independently building AI-powered tools, automations, or internal applications to solve operational problems, and using modern AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy practical solutions.
- Analytical judgment and experience diagnosing operational inefficiencies, prioritizing improvements, and translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Own and scale the infrastructure supporting Poetic’s high-volume recruiting operation alongside the founding talent team.
- Build reliable systems, analytics, and processes that enable efficient hiring as the company grows.
- Own the recruiting technology stack, establish strong data foundations, and use AI and automation to improve team operations.
- Experience as one of the first talent hires at a startup.
- Broader People Operations experience.
- Experience with data enrichment and programming.
- Experience organizing and coordinating events and complex logistics.
