Full-Stack Developer
About the job
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent training in software development.
- One to two years of experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, including the ability to navigate and modify a large-scale codebase.
- Experience working with Unix environments and Bash.
- Strong understanding of server-side systems, distributed architectures, APIs, and database interactions.
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools, log analysis, performance profiling, and root-cause investigation.
- Familiarity with endpoint security concepts, network security fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and Agile development practices.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers and internal teams.
- A customer-focused approach and ownership when resolving production issues.
- Ability to move between quick bug fixes and longer technical investigations.
- A collaborative approach to working with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Investigate and resolve complex production challenges in large-scale backend environments.
- Modify and enhance codebase features across Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React architectures.
- Direct enterprise issue resolution by translating customer findings into long-term product and system fixes.
- Optimize API interactions, data processing routines, and server-side performance across distributed architectures.
- Collaborate with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams to refine the endpoint security product roadmap.
- Use debugging, log analysis, and profiling tools to conduct root-cause investigations under operational constraints.
