Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day commission administration in CaptivateIQ or similar sales commission system
  • Create, validate, and audit monthly reports for commission crediting and payout results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve calculation and data errors
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from the Sales Team
  • Perform configuration, testing, and support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes
  • Manage Sales Promotion, bonus, and SPIFF payments
  • Prepare key monthly commission reconciliation reports
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements
