Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Product Before Shipping: Responsible for ensuring that all products are thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed before they are shipped to our members. This will involve inspecting items for any dirt, dust, or debris, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure that all items are in top condition.
  • Quality Control: Responsible for quality control checks to ensure that all items are accurately cleaned, packed, and labeled according to our standards. This will involve inspecting items for any damage, and ensuring that all packaging materials are in good condition.
  • Unboxing Effect and Member Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring that our members receive an exceptional unboxing experience and are satisfied with their product. This will involve carefully inspecting and cleaning items to ensure they have met the Vivrelle standards. Making the order feel special and luxurious, and proactively addressing any member concerns or issues that arise.
