Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, informatics, public health, healthcare administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare consulting, or related leadership roles
  • Prior consulting/client facing experience around EHR implementation, and optimization services
  • Demonstrated success selling Epic-related services, including advisory, implementation, and optimization engagements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales or revenue targets
  • Experience leading complex Epic pursuits, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract execution
  • Strong understanding of the Epic ecosystem, including health system implementations, Community Connect models, and optimization initiatives
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with senior healthcare executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CMIO, etc.)
  • Proven ability to mentor and enable business development teams, account leaders, or partners on how to sell Epic services
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of healthcare operations, financial drivers, and technology strategy
  • Experience working in or with large, complex health systems or multi-entity healthcare organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale consulting teams and service offerings
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% (up to 75% as needed)
Responsibilities
  • Draw upon your demonstrated technical and industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our clients
  • Drive the national growth strategy for Epic advisory, implementation, and optimization services
  • Lead the sales and proposal process for Epic opportunities from qualification through contract execution
  • Leverage your existing network and personal brand to identify, pursue, and secure new Epic opportunities
  • Lead and support delivery of EHR implementations and optimization initiatives; provide strategy and planning guidance to implementation teams
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CMIOs, and other healthcare leaders
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry conferences, executive briefings, and speaking engagements to build brand awareness and generate new opportunities
  • Travel regularly to client sites, conferences, and internal leadership meetings to support relationship development and strategic pursuits
  • Establish strong internal relationships across service lines to create sustained referral channels and pipeline growth
  • Partner with leaders across the firm to identify, shape, and pursue Epic-related opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
  • Mentor and coach business development teams, partners, and account leaders on how to effectively position and sell Epic services
  • Help build and scale an Epic practice focused on implementations, optimizations, and advisory services
  • Oversee development of client-facing materials, including proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and executive presentations
  • Partner with the Practice Leader and delivery leadership to align scope, pricing, staffing, margin, and risk expectations
  • Support the development and negotiation of MSAs, BAAs, and related engagement agreements in coordination with legal and risk teams
  • Translate client needs into clearly defined, defensible SOWs aligned with firm standards and delivery capabilities
  • Oversee a healthcare IT book of business across Epic implementations, optimization, advisory, and change management engagements
  • Effectively manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric solutions
  • Design and deliver innovative service offerings aligned with market needs
  • Manage multiple client engagements while providing leadership on proposals and internal initiatives
  • Recruit and retain a talented Epic consulting team
  • Establish a network of internal and external relationships that lead to a sustained book of business and market related growth strategy
Desired Qualifications
  • Active Epic certification(s) or prior hands-on Epic implementation experience
  • Experience in a large national or global consulting firm
  • MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree
  • Experience building or scaling a healthcare or Epic consulting practice
  • Established relationships within the Epic ecosystem, including health systems, Community Connect hosts, or strategic partners
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, alliances, or industry programs
  • Prior leadership experience with a national or multi-region sales or consulting portfolio

RSM Thailand has taken an exciting step forward with the official opening of its Eastern Seaboard office, expanding its footprint in the Eastern Economic Corridor and making it easier for businesses in the region to access its expertise. Cedra acquires RSM Norge amid fraud probe and Økokrim charges

Cedra Norge is acquiring the core operations of RSM, a Norwegian audit firm currently facing a compensation lawsuit and an indictment from Økokrim involving two of its auditors. The deal continues Cedra's expansion in the consulting sector. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition marks another step in Cedra's consolidation strategy within Norway's professional services market. RSM has been dealing with legal challenges, though specific details of the Økokrim case and lawsuit were not elaborated. The transaction involves key personnel, including Anders Nereng, RSM Norge's managing director and partner, and Trine Angell-Hansen, partner and Oslo office head.
