- Lead technical discovery conversations with customer engineering and data teams
- Understand customer architecture, databases, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Deliver tailored product demos aligned to customer use cases
- Own Proofs of Concept and technical validations with clear success criteria
- Partner with Account Executives on technical strategy, objections, and competitive positioning
- Support Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information and technical evaluations
- Build customer confidence through strong solution design and consultative problem-solving
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Experience with ETL/ELT, data warehouses, or analytics platforms (Ideal)
- Exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks (Ideal)
