Requirements
  • 9-10 years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand gen, marketing program management, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • 5+ years of direct management experience
  • Experience managing high-velocity pipeline with short sales cycles
  • Experience championing segment and industry campaigns
  • Expertise with Salesforce, 6sense (ABM tools), and other intent-based platforms
  • Proven experience managing 7-figure budgets
  • Deep B2B SaaS experience, security experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead integrated campaigns to drive awareness and quality pipeline
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams for messaging & creative
  • Determine channel selection, strategy, execution, and budget
  • Work cross-functionally to refine campaign & demand channel performance
  • Create reporting vision and optimize campaigns
  • Partner with marketing operations for campaign implementation
  • Oversee demand generation team and align programs
  • Develop repeatable programs to drive efficient pipeline
  • Partner with Sales leadership to nurture pipeline and drive revenue
