Requirements
  • Experience in business analysis or systems analysis within enterprise environments
  • Exposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing operations
  • A background in one or more of the following areas: Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Derivatives, or related operational functions
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts
  • Strong data skills, including: Data management and aggregation; Analytical reporting and visualization
  • Experience with tools and technologies such as VBA, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to clearly articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior stakeholders
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
  • ETF Product & Innovation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and enhance existing ETF product services
  • Apply a client-focused and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Develop business cases to support investment decisions and product enhancements
  • Systems Analysis & Delivery: Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and practical solutions
  • Partner closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver complex system enhancements
  • Data, Metrics & Process Improvement: Work with Service and Operations Management to analyze workforce deployment, process overlaps and gaps, and productivity and efficiency metrics
  • Identify measurement gaps and develop appropriate metrics and methodologies to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Use delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence to track risks, issues, dependencies, and progress
