Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive company vehicles.
Must pass a fingerprint criminal background check, a child abuse and neglect check, and a drug screen.
Must provide an original educational document showing an LPN license in good standing in the state of Illinois.
Must provide residency history for the past two years.
Must provide current original documents verifying identity and legal authorization to work in the United States.
Must provide two verifiable employment references from the past three years.
Must provide proof of a valid driver's license at the time of interview.
Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and LPN certifications and keep required retraining courses up to date.
Responsibilities
Complete required medication passes across all locations.
Follow the body check schedule.
Deliver medication as needed to the appropriate location and assist with monthly medication changeover.
Review shift count and controlled-substance count logs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Driving Requirement
You must have a valid drivers license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for this position
Pay: $28-$31per hour based on experience

Note: Your must be willing to travel to all CILA homes based on individual/agency needs
Locations: Evanston, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Highland Park, Niles, Morton Grove, Des Plaines & Mt. Prospect
Hours: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

About the Position: Job functions specifically performed by the LPN include the following:
1. Complete needed medication passes across all locations.
2. Follow body check schedule.
3. Deliver medication as needed to appropriate location and assist with monthly medication change over..
4. Review shift count and control count logs.
5. Other duties as assigned.
The LPN is accountable for maintaining individual certifications (CPR/First aid and LPN) and ensure all necessary course re-trainings are up to date to remain an active employee in accordance with Rimland’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
You must meet the following requirements:
Pass:
A fingerprint criminal background check

A drug screen.
Provide:
An original educational document (no photocopies) showing you have obtained your LPN license and it is in good standing in the state of Illinois.
Residency for the past 2 years
Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
Proof of valid drivers license at the time of interview
