  • Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably in retail or e-commerce industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience leading a team and managing complex analytics projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, retail operations, and wholesale distribution
  • Experience with Looker, Shopify, Google Analytics, Big Query, and other BI tools
  • SQL skills
  • Ability to work onsite four days a week
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business analytics strategy aligned with company goals
  • Analyze sales/transactional data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track key performance metrics
  • Forecast sales, monitor budget performance, and support financial planning
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in business analytics
