Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or closely related field and 5 years related experience in Digital Marketing E-commerce Design with global marketing brands using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign). (or a Master's degree and 3 yrs. Experience with the above)
  • 3 years of experience with video and animation design (After Effects, Premier), and with responsive/best practices we design
  • Portfolio must demonstrate ability to marry technology to design
  • Portfolio must include at least 2 examples of UI/UX heuristic projects completed independently and for an international customer base
Responsibilities
  • Translate the campaign creative briefs into innovative approaches to convey brand, product, or promotion stories
  • Create innovative visual design across all customer touch-points, consistent with brand standards
  • Design visuals that conform to layout and other brand restrictions yet maintain the consistent voice and style of the respective business
  • Collaborate with the global creative team to ensure that designs across campaigns are consistent
  • Design and build responsive site assets and other HTML friendly layouts
  • Design with accessibility and usability in mind
  • Work on multiple concurrent design projects such as full email campaigns, product launch landing pages, and promotional pages while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity
  • Responsible for designing campaign elements that help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability
  • Work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Build reusable libraries for future use
