Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.

  • Ability to independently own features from requirements to production.
Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and deploy production-ready features across frontend and backend.
  • Own features from technical design through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Balance speed, quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Build responsive applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop reusable and accessible UI components.
  • Optimize application performance, rendering, and user experience.
  • Implement dashboards, workflows, forms, and real-time interfaces.
  • Design and develop scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Build secure authentication and authorization systems.
  • Develop background jobs, queues, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise platforms.
  • Build AI-powered features using large language models.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, vector search, and AI workflows.
  • Develop prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool-calling capabilities.
  • Improve AI reliability through monitoring, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.
  • Design scalable database schemas using PostgreSQL, Supabase, and MongoDB.
  • Build secure multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
  • Optimize database performance, indexing, and caching.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions for scalability and reliability.
  • Develop real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies.
  • Build live dashboards, notifications, and collaborative workflows.
  • Handle retries, rate limiting, idempotency, and monitoring.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues.
  • Improve engineering standards, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver solutions.
  • Build AI-powered applications, enterprise automation platforms, multi-tenant SaaS products, agentic and retrieval-augmented generation systems, real-time dashboards, third-party integrations, communication workflows, and secure enterprise portals.
  • Ship production features, contribute across frontend, backend, databases, and AI integrations, improve system reliability and development workflows, and partner with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering.
