Responsibilities
  • Supporting the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more
  • Collaborate with survey and installation teams and third party suppliers to make the Solarand Air Source Heat Pumpmagic happen
  • Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers
  • Become an expert in our tech with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all its excitement
  • Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond!
