- Acting as a technical lead and working with Principal Engineers and Lead Engineers to design, build and deliver platform capabilities for other teams to use.
- Leading complex features from conception to completion with high quality and minimal oversight.
- Mentoring less-experienced engineers and conducting thorough reviews of code and documentation.
- Being part of the Engineering Excellence domain, building internal tools, services, and infrastructure that enable engineering teams to ship safely and quickly.
- Crafting modern .NET applications in C# and designing robust REST APIs.
- Navigating Platform-as-a-Service cloud computing environments using Azure.
- Experience with .NET/C# or polyglot engineering with pragmatic system thinking focused on abstracted system-level understanding.
- Contributing to engineering principles and technical direction across teams.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding engineers.
