Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an inside sales or account manager
  • Customer-centric driven individual with a commercial background
  • A history of proven successes that enable a strong gross retention rate
  • Technically minded and excited to work in conversational voice AI design
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience managing Enterprise customers
  • Inspiring without leading
  • A self-starter with an attitude of wanting to execute in an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Economics or Computer Science
Responsibilities
  • Supporting US customers along the customer journey
  • Maximizing customer retention and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Advocating, designing, tracking, and guiding customers to successful business outcomes
  • Utilizing account planning to identify and deliver expansions within existing accounts
  • Driving customer retention through renewals
  • Tracking customer usage and guiding conversations on utilizing the PolyAI solution
  • Working alongside Product Solution Managers and Dialogue Designers
  • Utilizing service reviews and business reviews to balance operational deployment and future strategies
  • Identifying and flagging potential risks early in the customer journey
