Maintain the company's LinkedIn presence by posting relevant industry and company updates multiple times a week.
Screen and interview candidates.
Deliver service to candidates and clients.
Obtain Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified candidates in support of contract proposal efforts.
Coordinate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to review and determine top candidates.
