Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting with a software engineering background.
  • At least 1 year of experience building and shipping artificial intelligence or large language model-powered applications in production.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript, with comfort working across the stack as needed.
  • Strong understanding of agentic patterns, including tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, memory management, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and credibly with clients, including in live, in-person settings.
  • Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI/Codex, and the Anthropic/Claude platform, including the Claude application programming interface, tool use, Claude Code, or similar.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning a technical engagement end-to-end.
Responsibilities
  • Embed directly with client teams to design, build, and ship production applications and integrations built on Claude models.
  • Architect multi-agent systems with reliable tool use, memory, and orchestration patterns that perform accurately in high-stakes environments.
  • Write and maintain production-quality Python code for artificial intelligence integrations, agent workflows, and internal tooling.
  • Set up and configure agentic harnesses, including Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Claude Cowork-style deployments, so client teams can apply artificial intelligence to real business processes.
  • Instrument and monitor agentic systems in production using observability tooling, and iterate based on real user behavior and feedback.
  • Present findings, architecture options, and recommendations directly to client stakeholders, translating technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with client technical and business stakeholders over the life of an engagement.
  • Partner with product managers and customer success to understand user problems and translate them into production-grade artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to assess existing artificial intelligence workloads and identify opportunities to improve return on investment through architecture, tooling, or workflow redesign.
  • Advise clients and internal teams on token optimization and model selection to control cost and improve performance.
  • Evaluate and tune model configuration and prompting strategy to improve output quality and reliability for a given workload.
  • Identify artificial intelligence security considerations, including data handling, access control, prompt injection, and model governance, and incorporate them into deployment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure artificial intelligence outputs meet accuracy and regulatory standards.
  • Travel typically 20% or less per year.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence security, privacy, and governance considerations in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with machine learning operations or large language model operations practices, including model monitoring and prompt management.
  • Prior experience specifically with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Anthropic's Claude platform, including Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, or the Model Context Protocol.
  • Background in enterprise information technology systems or artificial intelligence deployment patterns.
