JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Forensic Science Program seeks to hire part-time course assistants for FRNSC 413 (Forensic Biology) for the 2026/2027 academic year. Course assistants assist the instructor with laboratory modules: preparing evidence, reagents and materials; assisting students and answering questions during lab sessions and grading lab reports.

Applicants for the Course Assistants (CA) position must have completed FRNSC 413 and obtained a good grade in this class. Applications will be received on an on-going basis and reviewed as the need arises.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
