Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to articulate and relay information effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods throughout the workday.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to work indoors, outdoors, and in extreme weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors to increase leasing agreements for the property.
  • Understand and explain the TAA Lease Contract to current and future residents.
  • Ensure all units are in optimal condition and prepare and coordinate move-in packets and move-in days with future residents.
  • Create effective and efficient ways to market the property, including coordinating resident activities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
  • Walk the property at least once a day to ensure strong curb appeal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
