- At least 7 years of combined experience in business development, account management, and project or program management, ideally in technology or digital industries.
- A proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, growing strategic accounts, and delivering complex digital projects.
- International work experience and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of technology, digital and innovation trends, and project or program management.
- Ability to drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through close.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, expand existing accounts, and build sustainable client relationships.
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients and manage commercial and technical or delivery aspects of client relationships.
- Own sold projects from inception through successful delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery in collaboration with the PMO and technical teams.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, while driving upsell and cross-sell within current accounts.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and regularly update activity and revenue information for management reporting.
- Research market trends and client needs to identify business opportunities in target segments and international markets.
- Represent Commencis at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Turkey and abroad.
- Experience in technology or digital industries.
