Requirements
- Previous oil and gas, construction, industrial, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work safely as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as required.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying schedules when operationally necessary.
- Must be willing to complete required training and certifications.
- Ability to work around heavy equipment, vehicles, machinery, and oil and gas production facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and maintenance duties at oil and gas well sites and related facilities.
- Assist skilled tradesmen and field crews with daily operations.
- Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of equipment and site infrastructure.
- Perform housekeeping and general cleanup of work areas.
- Assist with excavation, grading, digging, trenching, and other site work as directed.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly.
- Assist with pipe, fittings, valves, tanks, and other oil and gas equipment.
- Support rigging, lifting, and material-handling activities when properly trained.
- Maintain safe and orderly work areas.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration and industry requirements.
- Wear and properly maintain required personal protective equipment.
- Complete required paperwork, inspections, and daily work documentation.
- Perform filtration maintenance, dehydration maintenance, maintenance and repair tasks, valve repairs, suction strainer work, compressor repairs, and process equipment maintenance.
- Work safely and recognize potential hazards.
- Stop work when an unsafe condition exists.
- Follow all company policies and site-specific safety requirements.
- Properly use personal protective equipment and safety equipment.
- Participate in required safety meetings, training, and inspections.

- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious work habits.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions.
- Ability to work on uneven terrain and around industrial equipment.
