Responsibilities
Supervise operations of the VIP cabinetry department.
Lead the team to meet quality and schedule requirements.
Establish the physical layout of equipment and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
Manage bodywork panels, sanding, buffing and polishing, spray or finish application, inspection, and refinishing of damaged, worn, or used aircraft interior furniture.
Manage allocation of resources and materials and schedule equipment for maximum utilization of production facilities, finish booths, and personnel.
