Cabinetry/Paint Finishing Supervisor

We are currently searching for a dependable, experienced and team oriented Cabinetry-Paint Finishing Supervisor. 

This dynamic leader will supervise operations of the VIP cabinetry department. This Supervisor must be able to lead team to meet quality and schedule requirements; and be able to establish physical layout of equipment and most efficient sequence of operations and work flow. Supervisor will manage performance of skilled finish operations such as body work panels, sanding, buffing and polishing, application of spray or finish, inspection and refinish damaged, worn or used aircraft interior furniture. Supervisor will manage allocation of resources, materials and scheduling of equipment for maximum utilization of production facilities, finish booths and personnel

7+ to 10 years experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Someone who has worked with VVIP customers manufacturing high end cabinetry in yachts, high end homes, or aircraft.

Will consider someone with experience in high end (6 figure cars) automotive customization, paint, interiors/upholstery operation.
