About the job
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, solutions architecture, or a related senior technical role.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud architecture using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with API integration, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to understand how AI translates to business value.
- Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI architecture, including machine learning pipelines, large language model integrations, and agentic AI systems.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI platforms, models, and tools.
- Build and integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure and business workflows.
- Develop frameworks for AI governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams to identify AI opportunities and prioritize delivery.
- Research emerging AI technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure all AI systems comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Document architecture decisions, system designs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in property, construction, or facilities management sectors.
- Familiarity with AI automation tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier AI.
- UAE residency or an existing Dubai visa.
- Arabic language skills.
