What believers are saying

  • Coverage starts immediately: Ansible gives new hires day-one health insurance and an immediately vested employer retirement match.
  • Benefits include education support: Ansible lists educational assistance and spot bonuses alongside paid time off and 11 holidays.
  • Federal work has committed funding: the VA obligated $11.3 million to Ansible's January 2026 pharmacy-staffing contract by June 2026.

What critics are saying

  • Employee reviews question advancement: Ansible's May 2026 Indeed score for job security and advancement was 3.1/5 across 34 reviews.
  • Contract access has a finite term: Ansible's GSA healthcare-staffing schedule runs through its current option period in January 2030.
  • Some roles restrict eligibility: Ansible's October 2026 Prescott medical-technologist posting bars sponsorship and requires lifting up to 50 pounds.

What makes Ansible Government Solutions unique

  • The contractor operates at smaller scale: Ansible reports over 400 employees, compared with major federal contractor Leidos's 50,000.
  • Certification opens reserved contracts: Ansible's service-disabled veteran-owned status qualifies it for federal work restricted to certified firms.
  • Employee support has a defined framework: Ansible's Talent Agenda combines workplace policies and tools to support productivity.
