Management Accountant

Multisol Limited forms part of the Brenntag Lubricants Division, it employs 87 people and has an annual turnover in excess of £15 million.

As a Management Accountant, it is your responsibility to:

• Looking after the management accounts for Multisol Limited

• Providing financial input and support to the management team and wider business. Liaising and dealing with all accounting queries/problems. Ad-hoc investigation work.

• Producing reconciled monthly and year-end accounts in accordance with agreed timetables

• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts

• Helping develop the assistant management accountant, and providing help and assistance to other colleagues within the team

• Central finance tasks/projects e.g. vehicle leasing, utilities, Capex analysis etc.

• Coordinating with auditors (both internal and external)

• Assisting head office with tax and statutory accounts preparation.

Your Skills & experience:

Education:

• Recognised Professional Accounting Qualification (such as CIMA or ACCA) or passed finalist.

• Either from Industry or Practice (good post qualification experience is ideal but not necessary)

Training / Skills:

• Good level of IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Excel skills - Pivot Tables, Lookups

• Good communicator

• Attention to detail

• Team player

Useful Experience:

• Preparation and interpretation of management and statutory accounts

• Industry experience
