Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with office technologies, including printers, scanners, conferencing equipment, and related business tools.
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and general email inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
  • Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Act as the point person for office guests.
  • Alert employees to new processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for high-level staff as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in an office management role.
