  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate services, hospitality, and/or facilities operations.
  • 6+ years’ leadership level workplace and facilities management experience.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of G-Suite, Outlook, ServiceNow, Slack, Monday.com [or other project management software].
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all daily operations of our workplace and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workplace efficiency and create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Direct team to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality service.
  • Establish and assure adherence to project budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate space planning, moves, renovation, and repairs.
  • Build long-term relationships with local leadership, key stakeholders, landlords and property managers.
  • Oversee regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage teams and plan performance measurements to meet organizational goals.
  • Arrange formal training and experiences to foster team cohesion, learning, and development.
  • Manage service requests ensuring prompt and customer-focused resolutions.
  • Partner with the Global Physical Security team to lead onsite emergency response procedures and provide support for business continuity.
