Requirements
  • The candidate must have 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in an RPO, embedded, or multi-client delivery environment.
  • The candidate must have experience leading or coordinating a recruiting team, setting direction, tracking output, and developing others.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated client relationship ownership, including status reporting, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
  • The candidate must be proficient in applicant tracking system platforms such as JazzHR, Jobvite, Lever, Appyhere, or similar systems, and comfortable presenting recruiting data to client leadership.
  • The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage competing priorities across clients, requisitions, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of RPO client programs from intake through offer, maintaining quality and pace across active requisitions.
  • Direct and develop the project delivery team by setting expectations, providing coaching, and holding the team accountable to program standards.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking system pipelines, and direct outreach tailored to each client’s talent market.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system data integrity and ensure a quality candidate experience throughout every recruitment stage.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner between Pasona and the client for all program matters.
  • Lead regular client status meetings covering pipeline reviews, data insights, hiring manager alignment, and strategic recommendations.
  • Understand client business context, culture, and talent challenges well enough to anticipate needs.
  • Support program expansion, contract scoping, and renewal conversations in partnership with RPO leadership.
  • Own program service-level agreements, key performance indicators, and reporting cadences; track performance, flag risks, and escalate where needed.
  • Maintain program documentation, including standard operating procedures, intake templates, and process maps, and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
  • Deliver regular reports on pipeline health, hiring velocity, and funnel metrics, translating data into actionable insights for client leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an RPO program or account manager with full client ownership.
  • Familiarity with Japanese-owned or Japanese-headquartered companies, including their decision-making style, reporting culture, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Experience building or improving RPO delivery processes, including standard operating procedures, intake frameworks, and reporting templates.
  • Background in employer branding, talent advisory, or HR process improvement.
  • Bilingual Japanese and English proficiency.
