About the job
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in front office, guest relations, or luxury hotel service.
- A strong background in delivering guest experiences.
- Professional appearance, etiquette, and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in an EU country.
- Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
- Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, dining concepts, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations and guidance.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing in the property management system.
- Handle special requests, VIP arrangements, and guest preferences to provide personalized experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback in person and through surveys or online reviews, escalating issues as needed.
- Uphold LUURA and RIKAS standards, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication consistent with the brand's luxury positioning.
- Assist in managing guest satisfaction metrics and support service recovery initiatives.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Support loyalty programs, VIP recognition, and special events as required.
- Notify the direct manager of shift issues or concerns and take immediate action to resolve them, prioritizing the guest experience.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
