Requirements
  • Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician License and APhA Immunization Certification.
Responsibilities
  • Track and monitor pharmacy licenses with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Administration, and other regulatory agencies to ensure they are current and compliant.
  • Reinforce compliance, best practices, and policies and procedures with pharmacy staff at the Director of Pharmacy's direction.
  • Support the Director of Pharmacy in communication with in-house pharmacy teams, pharmacist scheduling, and store coverage.
  • Onboard and train new in-house pharmacy employees.
  • Organize and track key performance indicators and compliance metrics for pharmacy operations.
  • Assist pharmacy staff as needed and at the Director of Pharmacy's direction to support safe and effective prescription services.
