Not-for-profit hospital system with clinics
Norton Healthcare runs a not-for-profit health system serving adults and children in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, with five Louisville hospitals, affiliated facilities, and hundreds of clinics. It delivers inpatient and outpatient care across general and specialty services (heart, neuroscience, cancer, orthopedics, women’s and pediatric care) and uses telehealth and urgent care centers to reach patients at about 350 locations. The network relies on a large medical staff and ongoing clinical research to connect patients with trials and advanced treatments. Its aim is to provide broad, accessible care across the region while prioritizing community health and inclusive care, as reflected in its recognized LGBTQ+ equality and disability inclusion efforts.
