Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships during product implementation
- Consult assigned clients on best practices of using the Awardco product
- Maintain high levels of communication with clients throughout project timeline
- Ensure each project task is done correctly and efficiently while meeting all project deadlines
- Become an expert in the Awardco platform through product configuration
- Work efficiently with other departments across the company
