Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in home-care nursing (SAD).
  • Be a member in good standing with the OIIQ.
  • Have access to a car.
  • Be available for full-time work of 37.5 hours per week, day shifts, with evening and night on-call duties of approximately 15 shifts per month.
Responsibilities
  • Follow up with home-care clients, including palliative and end-of-life care for users in RI-RPA facilities and users receiving intravenous antibiotics at home.
  • Plan, provide, and follow up on nursing care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide education to users and their relatives.
  • Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation.
