Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Computer literacy and comfort using phone applications, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel are required.
  • A current driver's license and good driving record are required.
  • Valid auto insurance is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities
  • Focus on training and supervising trade partners using job schedules and trade scopes of work.
  • Oversee the construction, inspection, and scheduling of the entire home to ensure completion within the allotted cycle time.
  • Ensure trade-partner work meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Work hands-on during the finishing stages of homes to correct and fine-tune them toward a zero punch list and company quality standards.
  • Maintain community appearance, showcase homes, models, and the sales center.
  • Clearly communicate with the Construction Builder, Sales Manager, trade base, and homeowners.
  • Provide trade-partner performance feedback to the supervisor.
  • Approve trade-partner purchase orders after satisfactory completion of work and validate material deliveries for quantity and condition.
  • Walk assigned homes at least twice daily.
  • Ensure job-site cleanliness, safety, and SWPPP compliance according to state and federal guidelines and company policy.
  • Attend scheduled construction meetings and training classes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college is preferred.
  • Construction and/or customer-relations experience is a plus.
