Requirements
  • Be a fully matriculated student pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
  • Have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Have legal work authorization to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Support account team members and contribute to strategic recommendations and problem solving for clients.
  • Develop a broad understanding of the environment in which insured organizations operate and the marketplace in which Marsh Re transactions take place.
  • Assist the broking team with client and market research and financial analysis for current and prospective clients.
  • Develop competencies through a curriculum centered around networking and collaboration.
Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Have interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal colleagues.
  • Have analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Have written and verbal communication skills.
