Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior product management experience, ideally in SaaS, Non-Profit, or Finance
  • Experience leading product teams in areas such as:
  • - Workflow automations
  • - International money movement and related regulatory compliance
  • - Invoicing and payment processing solutions
  • - Platform services and APIs
  • Prior product management experience in a technical environment is an asset
  • Strong team collaboration skills, including listening, learning, and participating
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus; some travel may be required

  • Drive team efficiency and deliver a state-of-the-art financial engine to stakeholders
  • Define product vision and strategy with a creative understanding of stakeholder and client needs
  • Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from understanding market requirements to prioritizing features
  • Collaborate with design and engineering partners to deliver successful products
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and convert insights into new opportunities
  • Use discovery, experimentation, and analytics to bring impactful features to market
  • Represent the product with excellence both inside and outside Benevity
  • Serve as a thought leader, providing valuable insights and fostering open communication
  • Support the professional development of peers through coaching and growth opportunities
