Recreation & Sport Supervisor
About the job
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in Recreation, Sports, Fitness, Leisure, or hotel operations.
- Good knowledge of recreation and sports activities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor and recreational environments.
- Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
- Ability to participate in or demonstrate recreational and sports activities when necessary.
- Attention to cleanliness, grooming, safety, and professional appearance.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to respond to emergencies.
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel's recreation and sports facilities to ensure a safe, clean, engaging, and high-quality guest experience.
- Lead the recreation team, deliver professional guest service, organize recreational and sports activities, maintain facilities and equipment, handle guest concerns, and support guest engagement and satisfaction in line with hotel and brand standards.
- Oversee recreation and sports operations.

- Supervise and train the team.
- Manage facilities and equipment.
- Perform administration and reporting.
- Relevant professional certifications in fitness, sports, swimming, lifeguarding, or first aid are advantageous.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, sports club, fitness center, or leisure facility is preferred.
- Experience managing a swimming pool, beach, gym, kids club, or recreational activities is advantageous.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
